What payment methods do we accept?

We are happy to accept PayPal & Google Checkout (some higher priced items are not available via PayPal) from all of our customers.  All major credit cards can be accepted via PayPal or Google Checkout.  Domestic (USA) customers may also pay by US money order or cashier's check (upon receipt of e-mail request, we will promptly send payment address).  If paying by money order/cashier's check, we must receive payment within 7 days or the item will be made available for sale again.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept personal checks under any circumstances.

Do we accept returns?

Great care is given to accurate description of products. As a result, all sales are final. We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis.

Will we sell to international/overseas customers?

By default, we specify USA customers only. We are happy to have customer write to us to request an exception to this policy.  We will promptly respond.  This allows us to quote shipping arrangements prior to the purchase so as to avoid any possible misunderstandings.  Also, the buyer is responsible for all tariffs and duties.  Please accept our apologies for this limitation.

Will we charge sales tax?

Sales tax of 7% will be charged on all orders shipped to the state of Nebraska.  If your tax district charges less than 7%, please notify us, and we will correct the amount charged.
