Where are we shipping from?

All items are housed in a private location in central Nebraska.  As a result, this allows for prompt shipping to both the east and west coast of the USA.

When do we ship, and what shipping methods do we use?

When payment clears, your purchase will be shipped by the next business day.  Most of our listings are quoted with a flat rate for USPS Priority Mail (domestic shipping only) with Delivery Confirmation (if the combined cost is greater than $250, signature confirmation is required).  Packages larger than one cubit foot are quoted with a flat rate for UPS Ground (domestic shipping to the 48 contiguous states of the USA only).  For purchases greater than $25, insurance is required along with selected items less than $25 such as fragile items.  We also are happy to quote other rates upon request.  We pride ourselves on prompt, careful delivery of these precious adoptables.

Will we combine shipping, handling & insurance costs on purchases of multiple items?

We are happy to do so.  Please contact us to let us know which items you would like, and we will promptly provide a combined shipping, handling and insurance quote.  Due to the wide variety of sizes and weights, we are unable to set this up by default.

Do we accept returns?

Great care is given to accurate description of products. As a result, all sales are final. We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis.

Will we ship to international/overseas customers?

By default, we specify USA customers only. We are happy to have customer write to us to request an exception to this policy.  We will promptly respond.  This allows us to quote shipping arrangements prior to the purchase so as to avoid any possible misunderstandings.  Also, the buyer is responsible for all tariffs and duties.  Please accept our apologies for this limitation.
